- Built and configfured cloud infrastructure as sole engineer — AWS VPC, multi-AZ PostgreSQL with automated failover, ALB, least-privilege IAM, and TLS certificate lifecycle
- Built and maintain on-premise linux servers: service deployment, dependencies, systemd, linux rbac, sftp, nginx proxies, CloudFlare tunneling, DNS, ufw, pgBackRest, cron dumps for 3-2-1 systems backups.
- Architected Centralized NGINX/FastAPI authentication gateway with JWT validation, rotating refresh tokens, edge-level RBAC, and TOTP MFA, standardizing identity across five internal services.
- Deployed 5 React + FastAPI services deployed via systemd services, timers and crons and optimized performance-critical paths in C++ through pybind11, achieving an 18.8x speedup.
- Wrote P&L calculation engine covering 271 instruments across 9 currencies : FIFO lot matching and Modified Dietz, corporate actions, splits, and TRS resets.
- Automated system for daily position, cash, and margin reconciliation across six custodians (UBS, Morgan Stanley, BofA, Macquarie, CICC, Huatai), consolidating incompatible SFTP and mailbox feeds into one normalized PostgreSQL model.
- Resolved cross-custodian settlement date skew by inferring each close date from broker consensus across a multi-day delivery window, and ranking same-day broker report cuts by pricing coverage.
Software Engineering Intern — Harsha Trust (Non-Profit Organization)
Apr. 2023 – Jul. 2024 · Full-time over summer, part-time during term
- Built a cross-platform React Native app and Flask dashboard resolving data fragmentation across 100+ field agents serving 100,000+ rural households, from stakeholder requirements through a week-long field deployment.
- Engineered data pipelines classifying field data and computing program metrics (vaccine coverage, livestock mortality), cutting reporting latency from 1–2 days to 2.3 seconds.
- Developed backend infrastructure on AWS and MySQL with real-time and offline sync; authored technical documentation and trained the management team on the system.
